I have a silver dollar eucalyptus tree. How do I dry the leaves like the branches you can buy in stores?

I want to dry the branches of my eucalyptus tree to use in floral arrangements; like the branches you can buy at craft stores, but unlike the ones you buy the leaves get crispy and dry up. They also turn an ugly brown and hardly retain any aroma. Any tips would be great.

To air dry, bind a bunch of stems together and hang them upside down in a well-ventilated, dry place.
