I need some info on how to get a wholesale account?

I am concidering selling artificial floral arrangements on the internet but i am finding it difficult to set up an account with any wholesalers as they are asking for proof of business. I dont have any , but it say that someone can join the wholesales for sale of or display of items . I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to go ahead with this .

I need some info on how to get a wholesale account?
First using your PC make your self a letter head with the name of your business on it, your address,telephone number. Just as you would if writing to a new customer. Do this along the top and leave the rest of the area for you correspondence. Look at other business letters that you get and go along similar lines. Then using you PC print off some business cards with the same detail on them but as an addition add in the nature of your business and mobile number etc. Then go to the wholesalers and say you want and account and then show them your letter head and card. Alternatively, which might be better write to them on your new letter head.
