Winter wonderland would be beautiful with a tall vase with bare branches spray painted white or silver with crystal (or acrylic) snowflakes and icicles hanging from fishing line with votive candles surrounding it below. You could even sprinkle the irridescent confetti or glitter on the tables and branches. I live in So Cal and that would be a nice change from our wonderfully temperate weather. Your accent colors could be a light, icy blue kinda shimmery. As a wedding coach I have all kinds of ideas, let me know if I can be of any other help!! Best wishes......................
Reply:Ice Castles/winter wonderland type theme? There is a ice hotel in Canada that does these really wonderful weddings you may want to check it out for some ideas.

Santa’s workshop theme?

Or go the opposite and you could do a beach theme in December

Reply:This site is the best for invitations for brides on a budget, I used them almost 10 years ago when I married and they were gorgeous, I have since recommended them to others and everyone I've recommended them to has used them, they are just wonderful and their customer service is not matched anywhere else. http://www.willowtreelane.com/

If you are looking for theme invites I would also recommend the following 2 sites, they are more expensive than Willow Tree, but their prices are still excellent by far compared to other sites and their qualities are very nice as well

Good luck!
Reply:I made my invitations with a stamp of a seashell on the front and embossing powder that you melt with a blow-dryer and it's a metallic outline where you stamped and it's beautiful! You could do snowflakes!
Reply:I could direct you to some, but what city do you live in? Its hard to direct you to local vendors no one knows your city.

Winter themed weddings are the most beautiful to me. You can either do monochromatic white or creams, or you can add a vibrant burst of color like ruby or pomegranite. Make sure to have lots of sparkle and berries.
Reply:i'm also getting married in dec. i picked red and white theme because all the other colors i liked are more for spring...for floral arrangements you can try buying your own vases and asking someone you know who is pretty creative to do the centerpieces. i found vases from the christmas tree shop for like 60 cents and then you can buy roses online by bulk and then just put them together yourselves.

you can google updo hairstyles and go to the salons and ask to borrow some of their books.
